Account Deletion

At PlayDrama, we respect your right to manage your personal data — including the choice to permanently delete your account. Before you decide, please take a moment to understand what account deletion means and what happens afterward.

1.Before You Delete

To keep your experience smooth and secure, make sure these conditions are met before submitting a deletion request:

• Your account has no pending payments, refunds, or unresolved disputes.
• There are no ongoing violations, reports, or restrictions on your account.
• You've backed up any personal data, purchases, or in-app history you wish to keep.

2.What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once completed:

• All your personal data, including your profile, viewing history, comments, favorites, and messages, will be erased.
• You won't be able to log in again using the same account.
• Any remaining access to PlayDrama features or content tied to this account will be removed.

If you decide to return in the future, you'll need to create a brand-new account.

3.Processing Time

After your request is submitted, our system will verify your account's eligibility for deletion.

The full process may take up to 15 business days. Once it's done, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

4.Exceptions

In some cases, deletion may be delayed or denied if:

• The account is under legal investigation, law enforcement request, or dispute resolution.
• There are unresolved financial or contractual obligations.

These measures help protect you, other users, and the integrity of our platform.

5.Your Responsibilities

Account deletion does not cancel or erase any actions, payments, or legal responsibilities that occurred before deletion.

For example, if you made purchases, refunds or taxes related to those transactions will still follow the original terms.

6.How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion through one of the following ways:

• Go to Profile → Settings → Logout → Delete Account in the PlayDrama app.
• Or contact our support team via contact@reels999.com for help.

Once you confirm, we'll send a verification email or message to ensure your request is genuine.
